If people ask me whether they should go to Lisbon or Porto, I obviously say both! But if I'm pushed, I secretly like Porto better. It is so beautiful, so full of history and so full of hills! We've heard reports of bad weather, but both times we've been there it was stunning. All those hills mean you'll want good walking shoes and plenty of snack breaks.
