  • I just took my kids to the new @marinesafaribali in Bali and it was the perfect family outing.

It’s about 30 minutes from Ubud or Sanur, and our kids—ages 5 and 8—were completely captivated.

There’s so much to explore: colorful marine life, hands-on exhibits, and even a behind-the-scenes look at how the animals are cared for—from the vet area to how their meals are prepared. It’s interactive, educational, and just so well done.

After exploring, we headed to @varunabali for lunch—and it was pure magic. Great food, amazing performers, and yes—real mermaids that totally stole the spotlight. The kids were wide-eyed the whole time, and it was just the right mix of excitement and wonder.

Both experiences fit easily into one day—and our kids are already asking to go back. 🧜‍♀️

  • My friend is a genius.

Share this with a mom friend who needs an easy win this summer.

I hate bubble wands as kids always fight over them and they get spilled in about 3 seconds ending all the fun and cuing all the tears.

My friend Anne has 3 year old twins and came up with this hack: use zip ties to secure the wands to a fence. No more fights, no more tears. You’re welcome.

Thanks to @annevanhoeysmith for this amazing idea and for sharing your garden with us!
  • When is the last time you did something just for you?

This is your invitation to escape to Bali for a week designed to fill your cup, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with what makes you feel most alive.

This is not a retreat where you’re told to wake up at 6am and do yoga in silence. This is a week for women who are craving adventure, connection, laughter, rest, and a little bit of luxury.

We’ll explore the island together in a small group, enjoy food that nourishes, have deep and real conversations, meet inspiring locals, and stay in stunning accommodations that support rest and reset.

Think: oceanfront dinners, waterfall swims, slow morning coffee, meaningful community, and time to remember what it feels like to just be you.

Come solo or with a friend—either way, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

This is your time.

Our next trip is October 18-25, 2025 and $500 reserves your spot.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and intentional and are filling fast.

Do you want to join us? Comment “Bali” and I’ll DM you the link to register.
